1. Login to the iPermits Customer Portal.
2. Select a customer from the drop down list, as indicated below.
3. Click theSchedule Inspection button located under the Online Services menu.

 

 

 

 

1. Enter the 8 digit project number to look up the status of your project.
2. Click the Submit button to search for your project.
   1. Click the Reset button to clear the Project # field.

 

 

1. Click the drop down list button located under the Please Select Permit Type section.
2. Highlight and click the permit type from the list. To see this step, click here.
3. Once you have selected a permit type, click the Submit button to look up the status.
   1. Or click the Reset button to cancel your request.

4. Click here to view the Inspection Request and Project Status search result. This page results show all inspections for the selected permit type, the date of the last inspections, and status of inspections.

 

 

 

Review the inspection request, as necessary.

1. After reviewing an inspection request as described in the above sections, click the Request hyperlink in the Inspection field on the permit type line. To see what this looks like, click here.
2. View the list of inspection types associated with the selected permit type. Only inspections that have not already been approved will be available for scheduling.
3. Enter the date for the inspection in the date field.
4. Click the box at the end of the inspection type line to schedule an inspection. You may select and schedule multiple inspection types at once.
5. If required, enter your Contractor # and PIN number.
6. Click the Submit button to process the inspection request. To view the inspection request confirmation page, click here.

 

 

1. Click the Change hyperlink on the Inspection Request and Project Status screen. To see this step, click here.
2. Click the Cancel field to cancel the inspection request.
3. Click the OK button to confirm cancellation.

2. Select the Reschedule option.
3. Enter or select the new inspection date.
4. Enter your contractor license number and pin number.
5. Click the Submit Inspection Change button to submit the request.

 

 

 

 

1. After reviewing inspection request details, click the Display Project/Inspection Comments link on the Inspection Request and Project Status screen. Click here to view this step.
2. Review the listed Inspection Comments for the selected Permit Type.
